Committee Meeting 17/11/2009
Minutes of the OxVeg Committee Meeting, Thursday 19 November 2009, 7.30pm
Venue: Barristers Room, Oxford Town Hall Present: Paul Freestone (PF), David Huish (DH), Rachel Foster (RF; arrived at 7.50pm). Apologies: Heather Shepherd (HS), Pam Hopcraft (PH),1. Reports and update from previous meeting: • Nothing to report.2. Items discussed • One World Fair (Saturday 21st November, 10am-4.30pm. DH and PH to set up and take stall to town hall. PA to help on the day. • PF has passed on 2 book reviews to PA for the next newsletter. PF has also been sampling a vegan cheescake. • RF is hoping to have a street stall on 12th December. Not sure about times. This is the same day as the Green Fair.3. AOB DH suggested that the next meeting be in January of the new year. PF and RF agreed that we could e-mail if needed before the next meeting.
