Our next raw meal will be on Sunday, 7th December, 2-6pm at the Healing House.

This time we will provide all/most of the food, including chocolate making and some 'traditional' Christmas recipes, and joining us will be not only our great friend and long-time raw foodist Chang-Yu Tan and her family, but also other raw foodists who each have their own 'take' on what they eat and why.

The cost will be £8.50 on the door, but you need to tell us asap in advance if you can come as numbers are strictly limited. If you've not been before we'll send directions etc once you say you can come. If you would like to bring some food, please contact me to discuss.
